I love to dance..and I'll tell ya'll..after getting an e-mail, I seriously wanted to cabbage patch, bogle, do the running man right in my office. I would have broken it down ya'll. no joke.here is what the e-mail said...
Quote:
The faculty of the Psychology Program at the "University" have conducted a preliminary examination of your application for graduate studies. At this point in the admissions process, you are regarded as among the stronger applicants. Before the faculty make final admissions decisions, as the next step in the screening process, I would like to spend some time with you discussing the program and your interests and career plans. This “meeting” typically takes place on the telephone (although if we could meet in person, that would be even better). I would like to suggest the following times that are available to me and likely would be suitable for a conversation: Monday, February 23 from 10-3. Would you please get back to me a soon as is convenient regarding whether or not this date and times are suitable

So this weekend I have to prepare myself...get answers ready and of course, have my list of questions. an interview is never complete unless the interviewee actually can participate intelligently and offer their own queries. so here is my tentative plan, I say
because I am
!!! NOTbut yea..if you are a praying woman (or man), remember me at 1pm on Monday please.
I'll be honest, just the fact that I was selected in the first round of interviewees, I feel good. its just a boost to my self-esteem that out of how many applicants, that I stood out. not to mention that I swore this was the one school where my stuff would be tossed because my GRE scores were lower than their average/expected level. Ain't God awesome! another thing with this program is my interests aren't a match with any of the faculties so I honestly don't know if they are the 'best' fit..but I made the first cut!
so that's me! stuffy (breathing through one nose) but still dancing! now I feel rejuvenated. I told God I wanted two offers. one US and one Canadian. although this isn't an official "offer"...this counts for the Canadian.
ya'll...I wanna wooooo this lady. make her fall in lub!
